i found the free shuttle service very convenient for getting to and from the airport and the baggage storage was also helpful. the breakfast had many options and the staff was very friendly and helpful. the room had a comfortable bed and a great shower i slept well.
the room lighting was a bit dark it could be improved with brighter options.

the prompt shuttle to the airport eased my travel anxieties. i found the room quiet and the soundproofing a blessing because it blocked any outside noise. the staff were friendly and helpful at every turn, they showed genuine care. the hotel offered breakfast, lunch, dinner, and bar options, all very convenient.
the absence of complimentary water in the room seemed a slight oversight given the hotel's caliber.
